From LAPD Senior Lead Officer Matt Kirk: I just wanted to let everyone know about the incident that occurred today at approx. 1345 Hrs at San Vicente and Bringham. Officers responded to a radio call of a man with a possible gun in the area of San Vicente/ Barrington near the Toscano restaurant. The suspect was waving a handgun in the air and walking in the middle of the street. Officers stopped the suspect and took him into custody at the intersection of San Vicente and Bringham. The suspect was in possession of a replica pistol. No one was injured during the incident. If there is any further information I will send it out early next week.
