If You Have A Small Dog...
One evening this week, a member's dog was snatched from their front lawn on Bonhill by a coyote. This is verified and real. Six weeks ago, a coyote was seen sitting in a driveway not far from Sunset on Bowling Green. If your smaller dog is not on a leash and outside, there is a risk, so please take it seriously.

A Note About Car Burglaries...
There have always been burglaries from cars in our neighborhood. It ebbs and flows. Why? They come to where the nice stuff is. But here's the thing. In the last decade, we have had ZERO REPORTS of cars stolen or tampered with while in the garage. It may be time to clean out your garage and the stuff you'll likely never use again, and use it for it's intended purpose (Not lecturing, just suggesting). Here's another thing...Less cars on the streets and driveways equals less targets equals less n'er do wells cruising for an opportunity. We're all in this together.
