Challenge Accepted, Challenge Completed
Since the construction on the Sunset 405 Bridge was completed several years ago, members have been requesting a specific change to the northbound exit. For years only the far left lane could turn left which meant homeowners headed to Brentwood may have to wait for two lights during peak hours. After years of discussing the matter with CalTrans, LADOT and Alek at our City council office, we have effectuated a change and now the middle lane too may turn left, reducing your wait time. Sometimes, it's the little things.

Some of you have been asking about the City's plan for food waste to go in the recycle bin. This program hasn't been fully implemented due to Covid delays, but we will keep you posted on any developments. Stay tuned.
