Making a Difference
This week BHA delivered 70 toys to our Senior Lead Officer Matt Kirk as part of LAPD's toy drive. In addition, we delivered clothing and household items to Upward Bound House, an organization helping homeless families transition into permanent housing, with over 95% of families remaining stably housed more than one year later. Our donation of clothing (particularly warm winter clothing), household appliances, and linens will assist families as they move from homelessness to a furnished housing unit.
