Reporting of Residential Burglaries
This week there were two burglaries of homes in our area. Unfortunately, this has become a common occurrence in our neighborhoods. Did you know that police resources for our area are allocated based on reporting of incidents? So even if nothing was taken or you feel it is not important, you must report it by calling the non-emergency number, 1-877-ASK-LAPD. You cannot file a report online since all residential burglaries require the police to visit your home and to bring someone to dust for fingerprints.
