IMPORTANT MEETING ON SECURITY CAMERAS JUNE 11 | 7:00 PM | ZOOM

Follow Up to Crime Prevention Seminar
Burglaries continue in our neighborhood as criminals smash windows to enter homes from the rear, the second floor or side yard. Rather than wait for the middle of the night, these burglars come at all hours, oftentimes when residents are home. They grab what they can, usually purses, jewelry, and cash. Many are scared away when they discover the owners are home.
BHA has invited two companies to our next meeting on JUNE 11 to present how their surveillance cameras work and what impact they can have on criminal activity in our neighborhood Flock Safety and Deep Sentinel. Please join us via Zoom to learn more and ask questions.
(Please note that our regular monthly meeting has been moved to June 11 from June 18.) |
Stump Removed at N. Bundy at Saltair
The stump from the large eucalyptus tree that fell during the February storms has been removed by the City this week. While Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.104 states that repairing damaged sidewalks and curbs is the adjacent property owner's responsibility, we are working with Councilwoman Park's office to see if the City can help with the repairs. |
