Mayor Bass Calls BHA to Introduce Police Chief
At our March annual meeting and then at our special meeting in August, Mayor Bass made it clear that she understands that Angelenos want to feel safe in their homes. This priority led to her selecting Jim McDonnell as the next Los Angeles Police Chief. Mayor Bass personally called BHA to let us know about her selection and to introduce the new Chief to BHA's president. We are working with the Mayor's office now to try and schedule a virtual meeting with Mayor Bass and the new Chief. Stay tuned.
