Member Tip on Coyote Safety
Meet Ollie, a proud BHA member! Ollie's owners purchased this coyote vest to keep him safe on his walks. He is always on a leash and always wears his vest. Unfortunately, the vest did not help Ollie escape from the other wildlife in our area (see below). |
Reminder: 405 Lane Closures This Week + the Weekend Ramps will not be closed during the week or next weekend, but the following activity will take place that may affect you.
Monday, Sept. 29, to Thursday, Oct. 2 - Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 between Wilshire Boulevard and Mulholland Drive/Skirball Center Drive

Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 between Skirball Center Drive/Mulholland Drive and Wilshire Boulevard
- Northbound I-405 off-ramp to Getty Center Drive
- Closures will begin at 9 p.m. each night and end by 6 a.m. each morning.
10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, to 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4 - Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 between Santa Monica Blvd(State Route 2) and Moraga Drive

Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 between Getty Center Drive and Wilshire Boulevard
- Northbound I-405 off-ramp to Getty Center Drive
11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, to 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 5 - Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 between Santa Monica Boulevard (State Route 2) and Moraga Drive
- Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 between Getty Center Drive and Wilshire Boulevard

The yellow video surveillance signs, currently unavailable, will be given to any member who contributes to the license plate readers (LPR) in the future.
