Wildfire Home Risk Assessments to Resume
Our partner, MySafe:LA, has resumed offering assessments of your home for wildfire risk after a short hiatus. Many of you may have signed up previously through BHA. Kickin' Cancer to Close San Vicente Blvd Next Sunday
Kickin' Cancer's 5k and 10k walk, stroll, run will occur Sunday, October 12. The 5K and 10k course starts at San Vicente Blvd. and Darlington and continues West on the North side of San Vicente Blvd., U-turns at Avondale and loops back on the South side of San Vicente Blvd. Cars will not be able to cross San Vicente at Montana, Bundy and Barrington starting at 8:00am.

REMINDER: Monday, October 13 is a federal holiday. Banks, the post office, and other state and local agencies will be closed that day. In addition, Caltrans will not be working on the 405 repavement project that weekend. Hooray for small things. |
