San Vicente Boulevard is a vital community corridor that runs through the heart of the neighborhood and features great shops, restaurants and places for neighbors to gather and enjoy - and Mike is working with neighbors to make it an even better and safer place for all.
.There was additional strain on an already congested corridor as traffic caused by the Woolsey Fire was diverted to Sunset Boulevard, heading toward the 405. Working with neighbors and LADOT, Mike made sure that there were Traffic Control Officers at Barrington Avenue and Sunset Boulevard, as well as Bundy Drive and Sunset Boulevard, to help keep traffic moving as efficiently as possible.
You can now register for the 2019 Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count, which will take place January 22-24. We need more than 8,000 volunteers to canvass more than 80 cities and 200 communities across Los Angeles County. By participating in the Homeless Count, you will help us better understand homelessness in our region and direct resources where they’re needed most. To register, please go to: theycountwillyou.org
