Please be aware of people trying to take advantage of the recent fires and future threats. Of particular concern are "public adjusters," people who claim they will represent you and get you money and services from your insurance company. Most insurance companies understand the residual issues of a wildfire and will discuss remediation. Please avoid any stranger calling or knocking.
