BHAVISION2020
THANK YOU You are not only a neighbor, but a friend. We've dined together, laughed together, picked up each other's packages and mail and wished each other well during the holiday season. I wish you and yours the best in 2020. Sincerely, Joe Brentwood
PS - Not to bother, but could you trim that tree coming over my fence? The pomegranates are staining my concrete. And would you mind moving your car all the way into your driveway? It's a little hard for me to pass on my daily walk or see down the street as I back my car out. And oh, just one more thing, could you put your trash cans in front of YOUR house and not in the space between our houses? Much appreciated! I'll save you a seat at the Annual Meeting.
SB50 LOSES ROUND 3 The very flawed bill that might have put four townhomes next to your house or a high rise apartment along San Vicente did not make it thru the State legislature. Building efforts and rules to solve the housing crunch will be left to local legislatures for now. Thank you to all the members who weighed in to the effort.
