Per Mike Bonin, the National Guard will be stationed in Palisades business district and in Westwood. LAPD has set up a command post at Jackie Robinson stadium. Mike will be working with the Mayor and LAPD to determine any additional National Guard deployments.

UCLA is indicating the student led protest scheduled for 2pm today may be cancelled because of the potential for association with looting. Some spontaneous or social media organized protests may carry on in the Westwood area. We still expect protests at the Federal Building on Wilshire.

While the chance of rioters or troublemakers infiltrating residential areas unabated is low, we might think about NOT putting out our trash cans until very early Tuesday morning to avoid potential for isolated nuisances.

Board ups continue at some businesses along San Vicente. As we mentioned before, abide by the curfew and try to avoid being out this afternoon. Stay safe.
