The single biggest threat to Brentwood is upon us, in the form of various bills being drafted in Sacramento, intent on diminishing or eliminating single-family home neighborhoods like ours. Not only that, one of these bills is being championed by YOUR area elected representative to the State Assembly.
If any of these bills were to pass, we would be faced with apartments neighboring single family homes, increased traffic, reduced services, and lower property values. Ironically and equally important, these bills would not even accomplish their stated goals, but they would be a developer's dream...Build Anywhere!
