Lost A Battle But...
Despite tens of thousands of Californians opposing the attempted elimination of the single-family-home neighborhoods, including several hundred emails from BHA members, the aggressive zoning bills passed through committee and will go to the floor of the Senate for debate and vote before July 2.
It is not too late to stop this ill-conceived legislation which will forever change the Brentwood area and 800 other California communities. But we MUST ACT NOW as the bills go to the floor for a vote this week!
CALL our area representatives to let them know increasing density and eliminating local zoning plans is the dream of developers, not yours.
