From FilmLA regarding Permits:

 

"The number one thing you can do to stop the filming is to ask your neighbors to stop agreeing to filming permits during the advance notice period - when the FilmLA people hang tags on doors or canvass the neighbors for approval. The second thing you can do is monitor the permit - if you see crew parking on the street - which has to be limited to 100 feet directly in front of 514 Bundy, then you call the LAPD FilmLA Compliance Officer at this number and tell them: 1. they are violating the permit; 2. they have an on-site monitor; 3. You'd like him to cite them or shut them down. The direct cell number to call or text is: 909-268-3254. If you see any of them smoking outside, please call the officer immediately."
