![]() Zoning Bills Status A few weeks ago, we asked you to communicate with our Assemblyman and State Senator about zoning bills that would change our neighborhood forever. The bills are a way for legislators in Sacramento to circumvent the voting down of SB50 last year and forcing state requirements on localities regarding upzoning single-family neighborhoods. So far, three of the nine have been withdrawn or defeated. Six more still have a chance of passage next week before the legislature adjourns on August 31. Please write the people below and share your concerns about the lot next to yours potentially being developed into eight units.
