Be Better
Steve and Lyla are camping in the woods when they hear some rustling outside their tent. They peek out only to startle a grizzly bear, who rears up and growls at them ferociously.
Lyla quickly puts on her tennis shoes.
Steve says, “What are you doing? You can’t outrun a bear!”
Lyla says, “I don’t have to outrun the bear—I just have to outrun you!”
The point is, we don't need to be perfect, just better.
Please set your air conditioning to a reasonable level and don't cool rooms when no person or pet is home. That way, we can avoid temporary blackouts.
Please wear a mask when around people outside your family even if you don't believe in it, because it's respectful, just not that hard to do and most medical professionals believe two people wearing masks and distanced reduce your chance of contracting Covid to near zero.
