![]() Chime Into Traffic For many years, select residents in Brentwood have advocated for congestion pricing to alleviate gridlock in our area. Now, LA Metro, through a Traffic Reduction Study, "will look at how we can reduce traffic by managing roadway demand through congestion pricing and providing more high-quality transportation options to make it easier for everyone to travel."

Fire Prevention Motions Two emergency motions have been introduced by the City Council which could impact our hillside area with respect to fire related issues.
The first would ban through November 30 in Very High Fire Zones, all non-emergency construction.
The second would amend Hillside Construction Regulations related activities like dirt hauling to avoid conflicts with emergency vehicles.
These don't go into effect until the City prepares the official documents and they are voted on by the Council.
