Early Sunday morning, a man was intentionally run over by a vehicle at the homeless encampment. The suspect driver, who is allegedly another resident at the encampment, is in custody and the LA County Sheriffs, who have jurisdiction on that piece of sidewalk abutting the VA, are actively investigating.
