Homeless Encampments On Wednesday, the City of Los Angeles, along with Los Angeles County and dozens of other municipalities in California and across the country, submitted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in support of a challenge to the lawsuit that prevented Cities from enforcing ordinances to clear sidewalk encampments. The Brentwood Community Council filed an amicus brief as well with a supporting letter from BHA and the Pacific Palisades Community Council. Read More
