Fire Season: Be Prepared
As we head into the fire season, BHA will host a special presentation from Carol Parks of the L.A. Emergency Management Department. She is the Pioneer of Ready Your Los Angeles Neighborhood (RYLAN), designed to help you, your family and our neighborhood prepare for disaster. She will take 20 minutes to discuss emergency readiness, evacuation and response, and then take questions from our members.PLEASE JOIN US

Homeless Encampments
On Wednesday, the City of Los Angeles, along with Los Angeles County and dozens of other municipalities in California and across the country, submitted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in support of a challenge to the lawsuit that prevented Cities from enforcing ordinances to clear sidewalk encampments. The Brentwood Community Council filed an amicus brief as well with a supporting letter from BHA and the Pacific Palisades Community Council. Read More
